OpenTrain is seeking a Healthcare Legal AI Training Attorney to support the development of AI systems through expert review of healthcare legal materials and model responses. You will apply practical knowledge of U.S. healthcare law to documents, regulatory content, sample legal writing, and realistic legal scenarios.
The engagement is a remote contractor opportunity for approximately 20 hours per week over 1-3 months. Advertised compensation is $140-$400 per hour.
You will review and create healthcare legal content used to evaluate and improve AI behavior. Your work will combine document analysis, legal writing, model evaluation, and detailed feedback.
You will also help translate emerging healthcare law trends and real-world legal challenges into practical scenarios and project input.
This role requires substantial healthcare legal expertise and the ability to produce careful, accurate analysis of regulatory and compliance issues. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and an active license to practice law in the United States.
Significant experience advising on healthcare law, compliance, and regulatory matters is required, including working knowledge of HIPAA, the Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Experience with healthcare policy analysis, contract drafting, or healthcare regulatory review is valuable. Familiarity with healthcare operations, risk management, or clinical practice environments is also helpful.
Interest in emerging technologies, legal innovation, or AI-driven projects is welcome. Direct experience with AI training is not required.
