The role is designed for attorneys with substantial corporate and transactional experience who can apply US legal standards to nuanced scenarios and communicate their judgments clearly. Previous AI experience is not required.

What You'll Do
You will annotate, categorize, evaluate, and explain legal content using project rubrics and quality expectations. Your work will support legal AI training datasets and help reviewers understand the reasoning behind high-quality judgments.
The role includes asynchronous collaboration with project managers and internal reviewers while maintaining high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice.
Analyze matters involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets
Assess critical legal principles and procedural details in commercial litigation materials
Provide feedback on legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches
Interpret complex agreements and other legal instruments
Annotate and categorize key corporate-law issues
Review AI outputs using established rubrics and quality standards
Explain legal judgments clearly in writing
Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers
Required Qualifications
This opportunity requires an active license to practice law in the United States and current or recent experience at a top-tier BigLaw firm. The relevant experience must be within the last three years and include corporate law, transactional matters, or related commercial litigation.
