OpenTrain is seeking a fitness-focused AI training expert to review fitness scenarios and instructional content. You will apply professional personal-training judgment to assess program quality, exercise safety, communication, and practical usefulness.

This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity requiring 20 or more hours per week. The project details classify the role as entry level, while the required qualifications include current certification and at least five years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer.

What You’ll Do

You will evaluate fitness-related materials and document recommendations clearly so your findings can support AI training materials. The work calls for careful review, practical expertise, and a consistent approach to assignments.

• Design and review fitness and wellness programs for diverse needs and goals.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness scenarios, concepts, and instructional content.
• Evaluate health and safety protocols within exercise routines and recommend best practices.
• Develop motivational strategies and communication techniques for varied client profiles.
• Assess exercise instruction quality and program design effectiveness using professional judgment.
• Identify safety or quality issues and explain recommendations clearly.
• Document findings and recommendations for use in AI training materials.

Requirements

You should bring substantial practical experience in personal training, program design, motivation, and safe exercise instruction. You must be comfortable reviewing fitness content, documenting your reasoning, and applying your expertise to materials intended to support AI model development.

• Current certification from a recognized fitness authority, such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
• At least five years of demonstrated experience as a certified Personal Trainer.
• Experience designing programs for varied populations and training environments.
• Strong knowledge of motivation and safe exercise instruction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to document clear recommendations.
• Ability to identify fitness content safety or quality issues and explain appropriate improvements.
• Previous experience contributing to educational content or training materials is helpful.
