The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a remote contractor Document Review Specialist to validate transformed documents containing personally identifiable information. You will make careful quality judgments, document your findings, and explain the reasoning behind your decisions.

This is an entry-level role classification with an expected commitment of 20 or more hours per week. Work is available worldwide, and the working language is English.

What You Will Do

You will review sensitive document data methodically and provide clear feedback that supports ongoing quality improvement. The work requires consistent application of privacy, integrity, completeness, and formatting standards across potentially large datasets.

• Review transformed documents containing personally identifiable information for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform spot-checks to identify missed information and inconsistencies in provided datasets.
• Flag issues involving data integrity, privacy, or formatting.
• Record findings clearly and concisely.
• Answer qualitative questions about your reviews and explain the rationale behind your findings.
• Clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities with project coordinators.
