The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a remote, part-time Document Review Specialist to validate transformed documents containing personally identifiable information. You will check sensitive information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and appropriate formatting while identifying issues involving data integrity and privacy.

This contractor role is suitable for someone who is comfortable handling confidential material, working methodically, and making well-reasoned quality judgments. The expected rate is $31–$60 per hour, with a time requirement of 20 or more hours per week.

What You'll Do

You will review transformed documents and datasets, document your findings, and communicate the reasoning behind your decisions. The work involves both detailed checking and clear collaboration with project coordinators when requirements are unclear.

• Review transformed documents containing personally identifiable information for accuracy and completeness
• Perform spot-checks to identify missed information and inconsistencies in datasets
• Flag issues involving data integrity, privacy, or formatting
• Record findings clearly and concisely to support ongoing quality improvement
• Answer qualitative questions and explain the rationale behind review findings
• Clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities with project coordinators

Requirements
