The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Danish Quality Assurance Lead to review AI-generated Danish content and trainer QA work across Danish AI training projects. You will evaluate quality against project guidelines, provide precise written feedback, and help contributors consistently meet expected standards.

This is a quality leadership role for someone with strong Danish writing and editing judgment. You will also identify recurring issues, support communication between trainers and QAs, contribute to onboarding, maintain documentation, and help improve scalable Danish QA workflows.

What You'll Do

You will review language and QA work carefully, explain decisions clearly, and help create consistent standards across Danish-language projects. Your feedback will support both day-to-day quality and longer-term process improvements.

  • Review Danish AI-generated content and trainer QA work against detailed rubrics.
  • Identify language, translation, formatting, tone, and cultural issues.
  • Evaluate grammar, spelling, fluency, meaning preservation, terminology, and instruction following.
  • Catch mistranslation, unnatural phrasing, hallucinations, ambiguity, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide clear written feedback and escalate recurring quality problems.
  • Support trainer and QA communication about project updates and expectations.
  • Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
  • Help onboard and align contributors so Danish guidelines are applied consistently.
  • Contribute to process improvements for scalable Danish QA workflows.

Requirements

You should have native or near-native Danish reading and writing ability, along with strong English communication skills for guidance, feedback, and coordination. Experience in Danish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or similar review work is required.

The role requires strong judgment across Danish grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, and cultural context. You should be comfortable evaluating content against rubrics and explaining quality decisions in writing.
