About AI training work
AI training (data labeling and human feedback) is the human side of building intelligent systems: people prepare, review, and rate examples that models learn from. Work can be fully remote, flexible, and accessible—making it a strong option for part-time and freelance contributors.
This role focuses on evaluating generated model responses and trainer/QAs for quality, fluency, and rubric alignment, helping shape how Czech-language AI systems respond and perform.
The role
As the Czech Quality Assurance Lead you will review Czech AI-generated content and trainer or QA submissions for quality, consistency, and alignment with project rubrics. You will provide precise written feedback, track recurring issues, maintain Czech project documentation, and support onboarding and training for remote contributors.
Role type: Remote contractor (part-time)
Location: Czech Republic only
Time: 20+ hours per week
Pay: $30 per hour
What you'll do
Daily work centers on reviewing Czech-language text for fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural fit, meaning preservation, instruction-following, and proper formatting. You will use rubrics to rate submissions, offer corrective feedback, and help enforce consistent language standards across contributors.
Review AI-generated Czech text and trainer/QA work against guidelines and rubrics
Write clear feedback on accuracy, fluency, grammar, diacritics, punctuation, tone, and cultural appropriateness
Track recurring quality issues and suggest workflow improvements for Czech projects
Maintain and update style guides, examples, FAQs, honeypots, and onboarding materials
Support onboarding sessions, training calls, and daily communications with trainers and QAs
Activate contributors, follow up on availability, and help keep standards consistent across remote teams
Requirements
You must be able to evaluate Czech text precisely and communicate findings in English for project documentation and feedback. The role expects hands-on experience with language review and comfort working in fast-moving remote workflows.
Native or near-native Czech reading and writing ability
Strong English communication skills for project guidelines and written feedback
Experience in Czech writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or similar language-review work
Deep knowledge of Czech grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, diacritics, declension, gender agreement, tone, register, and cultural context
Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and spot mistranslation, literal phrasing, awkward wording, missing diacritics, hallucinated claims, or inconsistent terminology
Comfort using remote collaboration tools and working in fast-moving quality workflows
Helpful background
These are not strict requirements but will help you hit the ground running and lead small remote teams more effectively.
Degree in Czech, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, education, QA, or related field
Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, reviewers, editors, or QAs
Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA
Work details and pay
This is a contractor position with hiring limited to residents of the Czech Republic. The role is part-time with a baseline expectation of 20+ hours per week. Compensation is hourly at a fixed rate of $30 USD per hour.
Employment type: Contractor, part-time

Payment: $30 / hour (USD)
