The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Criminal Law AI Training Expert to work with legal documents, court filings, case materials, criminal-law scenarios, arguments, opinions, and AI-generated text. You will apply professional knowledge to improve accuracy, clarity, ethical standards, and the system’s ability to reason about criminal law.

The role is listed as entry level, and prior AI experience is not required. However, the position requires a license to practice law and extensive experience representing clients in criminal matters through prosecution or defense.

What You’ll Do

You will review and develop legal content while giving concise, actionable feedback to project managers and technical contributors. Work may include both written and verbal deliverables.

• Draft, edit, or annotate criminal-law scenarios, arguments, and opinions.

Requirements

This role calls for a practicing legal professional with demonstrated criminal-law and criminal-procedure expertise. You should be comfortable analyzing complex legal materials and explaining legal concepts in precise, accessible language.

• License to practice law with demonstrated expertise in criminal law and criminal procedure
