The work

You will review AI-generated content in Catalan and English and assess whether it is accurate, clear, logical, and responsive to the prompt. You will also create prompts, responses, explanations, and model solutions used in AI training.

Your reviews must be consistent and easy to understand. You will document decisions in professional English, fact-check Catalan content, and apply language standards across Central and Valencian conventions.

• Review AI responses for accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, and prompt adherence.
• Evaluate step-by-step problem solving and identify methodological or conceptual errors.
• Rate or compare multiple responses using rubrics, rating scales, and consistency checks.
• Test outputs for inaccuracies, bias, misleading claims, and internal inconsistencies.
• Fact-check Catalan-language content against reputable references and record concise evidence.
• Apply Catalan grammar, orthography, punctuation, register, locale, style guides, and error taxonomies.
• Write clear review decisions and escalation notes in English.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role marked as entry level. Relevant experience in Catalan language work is expected, and equivalent practical experience may meet the education requirement.

• Pay: $26 per hour in USD.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Spain only.
• Languages: Native or near-native written Catalan at C2 level and English at C1 level or above.
• Experience: One to five years in Catalan editing, translation, localization, linguistic quality assurance, or related content work.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, Catalan philology, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Skills: Fact-checking, resolving ambiguities, applying structured language categories, and following scoring rubrics.
• Helpful background: AI data training, annotation, or evaluation; independent remote contracting; dependable turnaround; careful handling of confidential content; and strong attention to detail.
