The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking an Altium Designer PCB Workflow Specialist to complete and document realistic electronics design workflows for AI training data. You will work independently in Altium Designer, demonstrate software interactions, explain design decisions, and create high-quality workflow records.

What You'll Do

You will complete assigned PCB design tasks and turn your work into clear, reviewable training materials. This includes using Altium Designer hands-on, documenting each workflow, and checking finished outputs against project guidelines.

• Navigate schematic design, PCB layout, component placement, routing, and design-validation features.
• Create, edit, review, and validate PCB designs and schematics independently.
• Record your screen while completing workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics from completed workflows.
• Document the tools, features, workflow steps, and design decisions used.
• Review outputs for accuracy and alignment with project quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience
