About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a bilingual Vietnamese Psychology AI Training Expert to support the development of next-generation AI systems through expert review and content creation. You will work with psychological case studies, documentation, assessments, scenarios, and AI-generated content, applying professional judgment to improve accuracy, ethics, cultural sensitivity, and alignment with psychological best practices. The role combines psychology expertise with careful bilingual interpretation across Vietnamese and English.

What you will do
Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback grounded in professional experience.
Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Vietnamese and English for data enrichment and model training.
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and professional alignment.
Refine psychological assessments across languages while preserving meaning and cultural context.
Record evaluation processes and findings clearly to support transparency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary contributors on solutions for diverse user needs.

Required skills
PhD in Psychology with experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English.
Ability to work with complex psychological terminology across both languages.
Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, ethical decision-making, and communication skills.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.

Helpful background
Experience treating patients, holding an active clinical license, publishing relevant psychological research, or working with AI and technology can help you contribute effectively to this role.
