The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Vietnamese-English LLM Analyst to support multilingual analysis for language models. You will work with written content, analytical questions, and logic puzzles so AI systems can learn from structured human expertise, careful review, and clear written feedback.

Prior AI training experience is not required unless stated elsewhere on the job page. The role is suitable for an entry-level contractor with strong real-world language expertise, sound judgment, and excellent written communication.

• Two-month contract
• 20+ hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week preferred
• Approximately 2 to 5 hours per day overlapping US Pacific Time, UTC-8

What You'll Do

You will assess written material and model responses, explain your judgments, and help maintain reliable quality across repeated review tasks. Strong answers should be accurate, clearly reasoned, constructive, and aligned with project rubrics.

• Write or improve expert responses and explain your reasoning clearly
• Review source materials and model outputs against project guidelines
• Research written content and validate claims through online sources
• Solve analytical, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic problems
• Write clear answers, explanations, constructive feedback, and detailed annotations
• Explain judgments clearly so feedback can improve model behavior
• Maintain consistency and quality across repeated review tasks
• Use data interpretation, Excel, or Google Suite when needed

Requirements

The strongest candidates combine professional, academic, or language expertise in multilingual analysis for language models with careful research and communication skills. You must be comfortable working independently on remote contractor tasks and applying detailed instructions consistently.
