The Role

We are seeking Swedish annotators based in Sweden to join a short paid test project that may expand into a longer-term assignment for high-quality contributors. You will review transcripts of video content and determine whether they contain major, minor, or no errors.

OpenTrain hires contractors for this project on a part-time basis (less than 20 hours/week). This posting is for a contractor role paid hourly.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is to assess the accuracy of video transcripts and clearly document issues. Work is guided by project annotation guidelines and quality standards.

• Review video transcripts and compare them to the audio/video content
• Classify each transcript segment as containing major, minor, or no errors
• Identify and describe specific issues found and provide timestamps
• Indicate the severity of each error and supply concise, well-written notes
• Follow labeling instructions and meet quality and productivity targets

Requirements

Candidates must meet the project’s language, experience, and residency requirements and have the equipment to perform audio/video review.

• Native-level speaker of Swedish (required)
• Based in Sweden (must be located in Sweden to apply)
• 2–3 years experience in video and audio annotation (intermediate)
• Strong Swedish writing skills and excellent attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and a computer with headphones

Compensation & Schedule

This is a paid hourly test project at USD 22 per hour. Work is part-time and flexible, capped at under 20 hours per week. Successful performance on the test may open opportunities for continued work on the project.
