The role

You will review transcripts of Finnish video content and evaluate transcription quality. Your judgments must identify whether a transcript contains major errors, minor errors, or no errors, and you will record timestamps and a short description for each issue you find.

This is a short test project with the potential to become a longer-term part-time contract if your work meets quality standards.

What you’ll do

• Listen to video audio and read the provided transcript segments to evaluate accuracy.
• Label each transcript segment as: major error, minor error, or no error.
• For segments with errors, note the relevant timestamps and provide a concise description of the issue.
• Follow project guidelines for severity definitions and formatting of timestamps/descriptions.

Requirements

• Native-level speaker of Finnish (required).
• Based in Finland (applicants must reside in Finland).
• 2–3 years of experience in video and audio annotation (intermediate level).
• Strong Finnish writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Available to work less than 20 hours per week on a part-time contractor basis.
• Compensation: USD 22 per hour (pay-per-hour contractor arrangement).

How this engagement works
