About AI training and this type of work

AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building intelligent systems. Contributors annotate audio, clean transcripts, evaluate responses, and provide the examples that modern models learn from.

This work is remote, often flexible and part-time, and accessible to people who bring language fluency, attention to detail, and everyday software familiarity.

The role

You will complete voice-driven tasks with a next-generation AI assistant on your own Mac, produce cleaned transcripts, evaluate the assistant’s responses, and log task data for research.

Work is bilingual: you will speak and transcribe in Turkish and follow instructions provided in English. This is an entry-level contractor role suitable for people with strong Turkish fluency and comfort using Mac productivity apps.

What you’ll do

• Speak naturally in Turkish to compose messages, emails, notes, and other everyday content using voice-driven interactions.
• Direct the AI to perform actions such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, and summarizing documents.
• Record accurate raw transcripts of your spoken prompts and produce cleaned-up, readable transcripts.
• Rate and evaluate the AI’s responses for quality, usefulness, and correctness.
• Log all task metadata in a structured tracking sheet and upload supporting audio recordings to a shared drive.

Requirements

Do not apply unless you meet the device and language requirements below; these are essential for participation.

• Native or near-native Turkish proficiency for spoken interaction and transcript cleanup (Turkish native to Turkey preferred).
• Ability to understand and follow instructions written in English.
• Own an Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer.
• Regular everyday use of productivity apps: email, messaging, documents, spreadsheets, and web browsers.
• Comfort with detailed structured data entry, self-directed quality review, and careful documentation of each task.

Time commitment, pay, and employment type

This is a contractor, part-time role requiring 20+ hours per week.

Pay is USD 30 per hour on a pay-per-hour basis.

How it works and how to apply

You’ll use a specialized app on your Mac to run voice tasks, then produce cleaned transcripts and quality ratings. All task data is logged in a tracking sheet and recordings are uploaded to a shared drive as instructed.
