OpenTrain is the hiring and contracting organization for this role. We connect multilingual experts with short- and long-term projects that shape how state-of-the-art AI systems understand language and culture.
Why AI training and localization matter
AI models learn from examples prepared and reviewed by people. Localization and translation work ensures models understand regional language, idioms, and culturally accurate phrasing—critical when systems must behave naturally for Telugu speakers.
Contributors in AI training do remote, flexible work that directly improves model behavior and real-world usefulness. Many projects require language expertise rather than prior AI experience, so this is a common entry path into the field.
The role
As a Telugu Language Expert you will review translations, localization drafts, and model-generated Telugu outputs using project rubrics and guidelines. Your clear judgments and written feedback help improve model accuracy, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
This is a contractor role open to part-time or full-time engagement. Prior AI training experience is not required; the key qualification is demonstrable Telugu language and localization expertise.
Role focus: Telugu language localization, translation review, and quality checks
