The role

As a Telugu Language Expert you will review translations, localization drafts, and model-generated Telugu outputs using project rubrics and guidelines. Your clear judgments and written feedback help improve model accuracy, tone, and cultural appropriateness.

This is a contractor role open to part-time or full-time engagement. Prior AI training experience is not required; the key qualification is demonstrable Telugu language and localization expertise.

What you'll do

• Review source materials and model outputs against detailed project guidelines and rubrics
• Apply rating scales and make consistent judgments to identify correct, natural, and culturally appropriate Telugu language
• Write concise, actionable feedback explaining each judgment so reviewers and models can improve
• Maintain quality and consistency across repeated tasks and adhere to project deadlines
• Track and report issues or ambiguous cases to project leads when rubrics need clarification

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Telugu (writing and speaking)
• Relevant professional, academic, or hands-on experience in translation, localization, or linguistic review
• Strong written communication and careful attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed project instructions and apply rubrics consistently
• Comfort working independently as a remote contractor and managing your hours

Schedule, pay, and logistics

Contract role that can be part-time or full-time. Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week; typical engagements are 20+ hours/week. Exact scheduling is flexible and depends on project needs.
