The Role

We are recruiting Swedish-language AI training specialists to translate, proofread, localize, and review Swedish business content. Deliverables include documents, marketing materials, and customer communications that must reflect accurate language, consistent terminology, and culturally appropriate tone.

You will also provide guidance on grammar, terminology, and best usage to help maintain quality across deliverables and inform language best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate, proofread, and localize Swedish-language business documents and marketing content.
  • Edit and review material for linguistic accuracy, style, tone, and consistency.
  • Provide terminology guidance, grammar corrections, and recommendations for best usage.
  • Ensure communications are culturally appropriate for Swedish audiences.
  • Contribute to process improvements and language best-practice documentation.
  • Perform evaluation and rating tasks to assess translation and localization quality.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).
  • Experience in translation, localization, or linguistic quality assurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance on tone, terminology, and grammar.
  • Comfort working remotely in multicultural teams and using common digital tools.
