About this type of AI training work

AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human side of building AI: people create, correct, and evaluate examples that teach models to understand web content, code, and user interfaces.

This project combines classic frontend engineering with annotation: you will analyze screenshots and code, label elements and errors, write Q&A pairs, and produce targeted HTML/CSS/JS edits so models learn to reason about web pages and UI behavior.

The role

We are seeking native Spanish-speaking frontend developers with professional experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join an ongoing AI training project. Work is contract, remote, and starts immediately (project start date: August 12).

You will create detailed annotations, generate question-and-answer examples, and fix or improve code snippets derived from website screenshots. Precision, clear reasoning, and practical coding fixes are essential.

What you'll do

Day-to-day tasks combine annotation and hands-on coding. You will follow project guidelines to label UI elements, describe layout and behavior issues, and propose or implement code edits that fulfill specified requirements.

• Analyze website screenshots and identify elements, structure, and UI problems.
• Create high-quality labels and detailed annotations that explain page structure and errors.
• Write clear question-and-answer pairs that teach models how to interpret and correct UI/code issues.
• Produce HTML/CSS/JS edits or suggestions that address layout, accessibility, or functionality problems.
• Follow annotation guidelines and maintain consistent, reproducible work quality.
• Complete a required coding skills test before assignment.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following hard requirements and be ready to start on the stated date.

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent written Spanish for language-specific tasks.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (when applying, state how many years you have with each technology).
• Solid understanding of web page structure and basic design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify UI/code issues and propose fixes.
• Practical editing skills: able to make reliable corrections and improvements to front-end code.
• Available to commit at least 15 hours per week; preference for candidates who can offer 25+ hours.
• Available to start on August 12 and join the project immediately.
• Successful completion of a coding skills test is required.
• Previous AI training or data-labeling experience is highly preferred.

Compensation, schedule, and contract

This is a contract, part-time role paid hourly. Projects are remote and flexible, allowing you to work from anywhere.

• Rate: USD 8.82 per hour (paid per hour).
• Employment type: Contractor, part-time.
• Typical assignment is part-time (under 20 hours/week); you must commit a minimum of 15 hours/week and preference will be given to those who can offer 25+ hours.
• Project is ongoing; immediate start required (August 12).
