You will assess AI-generated answers about government services for Spanish-speaking residents. The work combines language review with practical knowledge of public-service information.
You will work asynchronously and provide clear written feedback on whether questions and answers are realistic, accurate, complete, useful, and natural in Spanish.
- Review sample questions in Spanish and English and identify questions that do not reflect realistic public needs.
- Create rubrics that define correct and complete answers for Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, and National Park services.
- Evaluate AI-generated Spanish answers against those rubrics.
- Identify factual errors, missing information, mistranslations, unclear wording, and unnatural language.
- Write clear feedback that explains your judgments.
