About AI training and why it matters

AI training (data labeling, annotation, and human feedback) is the human work that teaches models how to behave. Tasks include writing prompts, comparing model answers, rating outputs, and providing structured feedback that improves model safety and usefulness.

This work is remote, often flexible and project-based, and is a practical way to shape how AI helps real people and businesses. Many contributors start without prior experience and grow into specialized roles.

The role

We are recruiting Spanish-speaking evaluators for an AI response evaluation project focused on small-business use cases. You will create realistic business prompts, run short conversations with multiple chatbots, and rate responses for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.

This is a part-time contractor role requiring roughly 20+ hours per week. Work is fully remote and open worldwide; all submissions and evaluations are completed in Spanish.

• Data type: Text — you will work with written conversations, documents, and transcripts.
• Labeling focus: RLHF and evaluation rating tasks (comparing and scoring model outputs).
• Employment types: Contractor, Part-time.

What you'll do day-to-day

• Write realistic Spanish business prompts that match defined user goals and scenarios.
• Run short multi-turn conversations with multiple AI chatbots and capture transcripts.
• Compare model responses and provide structured judgments on clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
• Submit final evaluations, structured feedback, and any supporting files (spreadsheets, PDFs, images).
• Apply practical small-business judgment across customer interactions, operations, marketing ideas, market research, and basic financial planning.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish required — all work and submissions are in Spanish.
• Strong understanding of small-business operations or direct business ownership experience.
• Experience evaluating AI chatbot or model responses (preferred and listed as an additional requirement).
• Critical thinking and structured analytical judgment to assess practical usefulness and accuracy.
• Comfort interacting with AI tools and following detailed evaluation guidelines.
• Availability to work approximately 20+ hours per week on a contractor basis.

Helpful background

• Experience in business analysis, marketing, market research, or financial planning.
• Familiarity with comparing and evaluating model outputs or prior RLHF work.
• Comfort working remotely in a project-based freelance setting and using common office tools (spreadsheets, PDF viewers, image review).
