The Role — What You'll Do
We are recruiting Spanish (Mexico) voice actors to record polished, expressive audio used to train speech and conversational AI. This is a remote, contractor role with consistent recording expectations and production-quality standards.

Deliver clear, natural, conversational readings with appropriate emotion and character nuance.
Adapt vocal tone and style across different script requirements and genres.
Work with project managers and technical teams to meet script, timing, and audio quality guidelines.
Provide reliable, on-schedule deliveries and meet agreed deadlines.

This role is a part-time contractor position. Candidates should be available for at least 20 hours of recording work per week.
Compensation is paid hourly at up to $65 USD per hour. Exact scheduling and deliverable cadence will be agreed with project managers.

Required Qualifications
You must meet all of the following to be considered for the project. These requirements ensure recordings meet the clarity and consistency needed to train high-quality speech models.
Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico) with excellent pronunciation and diction.
Proven voice acting experience with a strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating range and emotional clarity.
Comfort reading scripts aloud with natural conversational flow and clear emotion.
Access to a quiet, acoustically treated recording space.
Ability to operate home studio equipment and use audio editing software to produce clean files.
Availability for at least 20 hours of recording work per week.
Helpful Experience (Nice to Have)

Previous work on AI voice-data projects or linguistics-related assignments.
Familiarity with professional condenser microphones, audio interfaces, and studio headphones.
Experience varying vocal style across genres, characters, and emotional intensities.
