The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Spanish Litigation AI Evaluation Lawyer to benchmark how well AI systems answer real questions of Spanish law. You will run prompts through two AI platforms, compare the resulting outputs, score each response against a standardized rubric, and provide concise written feedback.
The role is remote and eligible in Spain. It involves an initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with strong potential for more. The listed time requirement is 20+ hours per week.

What You'll Do
You will independently assess AI-generated legal responses using the evaluation framework provided by OpenTrain AI. Your reviews should be precise, consistent, and grounded in Spanish litigation and procedural law.
Run the same set of prompts across two AI language-model platforms
Compare both platforms' outputs side by side
Score each response against a standardized rubric
Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation
Complete evaluations independently and to deadlines
Requirements
This role requires professional legal experience and current qualification to practise in Spain. You should be comfortable evaluating nuanced legal answers in Spanish and communicating your reasoning precisely in writing.
Qualified to practise in Spain (colegiado/a)
At least 2 years of law-firm experience in litigation, disputes, or contentious practice
Three or more years of relevant experience preferred
Strong command of Spanish litigation and procedural law
Native or fluent Spanish
Precise written communication
Ability to evaluate AI outputs independently using a rubric
Ability to work to deadlines
