About AI Safety Evaluation

The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Spanish AI Safety Content Evaluator to assess how advanced AI models handle sensitive topics. You will combine native or near-native Spanish fluency with cultural judgment, strong written reasoning, and careful attention to detail.

The role includes writing Spanish prompts, reviewing model conversations, classifying content, and explaining the reasoning behind your evaluations. Prior AI or machine learning experience is not required.

What You'll Do

You will evaluate written AI content across sensitive subject areas and apply structured guidelines to prompts and conversations. The work requires sound judgment, consistent decision-making, and the ability to recognize how wording can affect safety outcomes.

• Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across sensitive subject areas
• Review Spanish model conversations
• Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines
• Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns
• Document the reasoning behind your judgments
• Maintain careful, consistent quality across repeated evaluation tasks

Requirements

Applicants must be native or near-native Spanish speakers with business-level written English. You should be able to write and evaluate Spanish prompts and conversations clearly while documenting consistent judgments in English when required.

A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress, is required. You must also demonstrate strong written reasoning, close attention to detail, and sound judgment when working with sensitive and dual-use information.

Schedule, Location, and Pay
