What You'll Do
You will contribute technical knowledge across software design, implementation, code review, architecture, and documentation. Your work will provide useful programming examples and explanations for AI training datasets while helping evaluate the quality of software-related outputs.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions

Requirements
The most important qualification is strong, real-world software development knowledge. You should be comfortable analyzing complex codebases and architectures, explaining technical concepts concisely, and working independently under detailed project guidelines.
At least five years of professional, consulting, or specialist experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or full-stack software development
Ability to design and review complex software architectures and codebases
Experience conducting code reviews and providing constructive technical feedback
Strong technical documentation skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams
Ability to work independently as a remote contractor
Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or technology training datasets is helpful but not required
