Senior Software Engineer

You will assess how well AI handles real software engineering tasks and give clear technical feedback. The work combines code review, problem creation, testing, and evaluation of model reasoning.

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, design, architecture, debugging, and system design.
• Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
• Review model reasoning and explain technical decisions in clear written English.
• Provide detailed feedback that helps improve model performance on software tasks.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment across repeated review tasks.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity. You should be comfortable working independently and applying evaluation criteria consistently.

• Pay: $245 to $280 per hour.
• Work setting: Remote contractor work.
• Location: remote, open to applicants in India and the United States.
• Language: Strong written English for explaining technical decisions.
• Experience: At least one year as a software engineer at a top technology company, including some experience within the past seven years.
• Technical skills: System design, software architecture, debugging, algorithms, and data structures.
• Education: An undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
