The role

As a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist you will design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI workflows that improve productivity through automation and cross-platform integrations. This is a contract, part-time role requiring 20+ hours per week and is open to contributors worldwide.

Pay is hourly, $80–$150 USD per hour. You will work remotely, contribute to adoption and change-management activities, and produce executive-facing deliverables that show business outcomes.

What you'll do day-to-day

• Design and evaluate enterprise-grade AI workflows that improve productivity.
• Develop workflow automation using generative AI tools and enterprise connectors.
• Build cross-platform solutions that operate across knowledge management and collaboration tools.
• Integrate AI systems with business process platforms and enterprise connectors.
• Support AI adoption and change management for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Produce documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports.

Requirements

OpenTrain lists this role as entry level; however, the specialist nature of the work favors people with direct experience in enterprise environments, systems thinking, and process improvement.

• Strong experience in enterprise environments and business process optimization.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve workflows, automation, and productivity.
• Familiarity with AI workflow design, enterprise connectors, and system integrations.
• Experience with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, or business process platforms.
• Systems thinking, process improvement, and change-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication to document outcomes and business value.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week as a contractor (part-time).
• Fluent English required; worldwide applicants accepted. Prior AI experience is not required.
