Senior Excel Specialist (India, C1 English)

We are seeking a Senior Excel Specialist Subject Matter Expert (SME) based in India, with C1 level English proficiency, to contribute to AI training dataset development. In this role, you will develop detailed Excel-based prompts and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models accurately reflect a deep understanding of advanced Excel functionalities. You’ll also evaluate, rank, and refine AI-generated outputs to optimize performance, accuracy, and efficiency while identifying and addressing any biases or inconsistencies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced Excel techniques, including VBA scripting, Power Query, and integration with tools like Power BI and SQL. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document and articulate complex processes clearly. You must be able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
