The Role

As an Excel Document Review Specialist, you will support an AI training project focused on Office Open XML documents and structured model feedback. You will create realistic business scenarios, interact with a large language model through complex prompts, review generated files, and identify which outputs best meet professional standards.

The work includes Excel, Word, and PowerPoint documents, including .xlsx, .docx, and .pptx files. You will use your business experience to assess accuracy, quality, and practical relevance.

What You'll Do

• Design scenarios based on professional Excel, PowerPoint, and Word use
• Engage in multi-turn conversations with an LLM using complex document-related prompts
• Create and review Office Open XML files, including .xlsx, .docx, and .pptx documents
• Compare two AI-generated solutions and select the preferred output
• Provide detailed feedback and side-by-side preference data for model improvement
• Contribute examples covering a range of business functions and industries

Requirements

• Strong professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Long-form prompt-writing or LLM experience is a plus
