Why Work In AI Training (Quick Overview)
AI training is the human side of building intelligent systems: people prepare examples, write prompts, rate outputs, and refine model behavior. This work is highly flexible, remote-friendly, and accessible—many projects need strong attention to detail and domain knowledge rather than formal degrees.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise marketing and generative-AI training: your writing and real-world marketing judgment help models produce useful, business-ready responses.
The Role
We are recruiting a Marketing AI Training Specialist to craft realistic enterprise marketing materials and to evaluate AI-generated marketing content. You will produce sample campaign plans, stakeholder communications, reports, presentations, project documentation, and fictional business prompts along with ideal responses.
You will also review model outputs for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and practical value—providing ratings, corrections, and follow-up recommendations that help models learn how experienced marketing teams work.
Type: Part-time contractor, remote, worldwide.
Time: 20+ hours per week.
Pay: Pay-per-hour, up to $40/hour.
Labeling focus: text generation, prompt/response writing, evaluation/rating, RLHF-style tasks.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
Create high-quality training examples that reflect enterprise marketing workflows and business productivity scenarios. Work outputs should be realistic, actionable, and aligned with marketing best practices.
Draft campaign plans, briefs, stakeholder emails, executive summaries, reports, and slide decks that an enterprise team could use.
Write contextual prompts and ideal responses grounded in fictional company settings and real marketing challenges.
Assess AI-generated responses for quality, clarity, factual accuracy, tone, and usefulness; provide corrections and scoring.
Document workflow steps and project notes using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint).
Provide follow-up recommendations and alternative phrasings that improve model behavior and usefulness.
Requirements
You must have real-world enterprise marketing experience and strong business writing skills. The role requires independent, remote work with careful attention to detail and sound judgment when evaluating outputs.
Strong business writing, content strategy, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience writing prompts for realistic business scenarios and evaluating model outputs.
Analytical reasoning and careful judgment when assessing marketing content.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 document and project tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint).
Fluent written and verbal English.
Available for 20+ hours/week and able to work as a contractor (part-time).
