The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting an Advertising AI Training Expert to review AI-generated advertising outputs, create expert ad copy and campaign assets, and rate model responses. You will assess clarity, persuasion, brand fit, platform fit, reasoning quality, strategic usefulness, and correctness.
You will help create gold-standard advertising materials, including ad copy sets, creative briefs, test plans, performance analyses, and written critiques. The role is designed for an expert who can combine advertising judgment with AI model evaluation in a self-directed remote contractor workflow.

What You'll Do
You will produce clear, practical evaluations and examples that show what strong advertising strategy looks like across major paid media environments. Your feedback should be precise enough to help improve both model reasoning and final advertising quality.
Review AI-generated ads and campaign assets for strategic fit, correctness, and practical usefulness.
Write high-quality ad copy, variations, creative briefs, and performance critiques that demonstrate advertising best practices.
Turn product briefs into paid campaign strategies with clear positioning, offer strategy, messaging frameworks, hooks, and calls to action.
Assess targeting logic, claims risk, policy fit, and creative-testing decisions across multiple responses.
Diagnose CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and attribution issues using sound measurement judgment.
Design creative tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
Provide written feedback on weak targeting logic, generic hooks, missing proof, risky claims, and other quality issues.
Adapt copy and creative concepts across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, and connected TV channels.
Create landing page critiques and testing roadmaps with clear rationale.
Required Qualifications
This opportunity is intended for experienced advertising or performance marketing professionals who can apply expert judgment consistently in written reviews and generated examples.
5+ years of advertising or performance marketing experience in an agency or in-house setting.
Strong understanding of positioning, offer strategy, messaging frameworks, hooks, calls to action, and creative iteration.
Experience with one or more major paid media channels, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, or connected TV.
Strong measurement instincts, including familiarity with CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and experiment design basics.
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
Ability to write compliant ad copy that avoids overclaims.
Comfort working independently in a remote contractor workflow.
Ability to deliver consistent-quality work across time zones.
Preferred Background
The following experience is helpful but not required. It can strengthen your ability to evaluate advertising outputs, compliance, and strategic rationale.
Prior experience with AI data training, creative quality assurance, editorial review, or ad policy review.
Experience evaluating ad copy for compliance and platform policy fit, especially in regulated categories.
Experience creating landing page critiques and testing roadmaps with clear rationale.
A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
