For this contract, OpenTrain AI is recruiting a senior Sales professional to participate in a structured calibration study evaluating AI model outputs.

The Role

As a Sales Judge Calibration Expert, you will complete a realistic Sales task, review model-generated responses, and evaluate them using senior professional judgment. You will rank and score outputs, explain your decisions with clear evidence, and provide structured feedback on the task and study design.

This is a fixed-duration, fully remote contractor study with no geographic restrictions. The total commitment is 13 hours during September 12–15, 2026, and the rate is $90 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will assess realistic Sales work and AI-generated outputs in a structured study. Your evaluations should be consistent, professionally grounded, and supported by specific evidence.

• Complete one realistic Sales task using supplied source files.
• Review AI-generated model outputs using professional Sales judgment.
• Rank and score responses according to their quality and effectiveness.
• Write clear, evidence-based rationales for your evaluations.
• Provide structured feedback on the task and study design.
• Sign a non-disclosure agreement before participating.
• Avoid using LLMs or other AI assistants during the study.
• Confirm that you have not worked on Project Alchemy.

Requirements

This study requires substantial professional Sales experience and strong written reasoning. Entry-level Sales experience alone is not sufficient for the role.

• More than five years of experience in Sales or a closely relevant field.
• Experience at a senior manager, director, or principal level is required; experience at a high-caliber firm is preferred.
• Fluent or native English with strong written communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear, structured, evidence-based rationales.
• Experience evaluating or judging AI-generated or human-generated Sales content.
• Reliable internet connection and availability during the study period.
• No use of LLMs or other AI assistants while completing the study.

Helpful Background

Prior experience evaluating AI-generated or human-generated work as a domain expert is helpful. The strongest candidates will be comfortable applying professional Sales standards consistently and explaining the reasoning behind each evaluation.
