The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Sales and Revenue Operations AI Task Author to create expert training tasks for evaluating advanced AI agents on realistic enterprise workflows. You will translate practical RevOps and SalesOps knowledge into scenarios involving account data, CRM records, orders, email, chat, fulfillment pipelines, bookings reconciliation, and recognized revenue.

The role is listed as entry level, while the work itself requires hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related enterprise function. It is designed for professionals who can make complex business work objectively testable and clearly gradable.

What You'll Do

You will design, configure, solve, and refine tasks so that each scenario presents a reliable challenge for AI models. Your work will combine business judgment, structured evaluation, and iterative testing.

• Author realistic prompts grounded in bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment status, and revenue recognition
• Write scoring rubrics that define accurate, verifiable answers and explain how results should be evaluated
• Configure task environments representing business systems used in enterprise workflows
• Solve each task yourself to validate its soundness and confirm that the rubric is accurate
• Test tasks against AI models and adjust complexity, ambiguity, or required steps until the challenge level is reliable
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when needed

Required Skills and Experience

This position requires practical knowledge of enterprise revenue and sales operations, along with the ability to turn that knowledge into precise evaluation criteria. You should be comfortable working across multiple business systems and checking whether outputs are factually and operationally correct.

• Revenue operations or sales operations experience in an industrial or enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, including querying and interpreting account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to reconcile bookings, account, fulfillment, and recognized-revenue information across systems
• Ability to define precise correctness criteria rather than relying only on general judgment
• An iterative approach to testing, refinement, and recalibration
• Comfort working across email, chat, dashboards, and other business communication or data systems
