The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to create expert enterprise tasks that train and evaluate advanced AI agents. You will translate real revenue operations and sales operations workflows into challenges involving CRM records, orders, email, chat, fulfillment status, bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, and recognized revenue.
The work combines domain expertise with careful task design, objective scoring, and iterative model calibration. This is a flexible, remote hourly contract for professionals based in London and across the UK.

What You'll Do
You will design tasks that reflect the interconnected systems and decisions found in enterprise revenue workflows. Each task should present a realistic challenge while making the expected outcome objectively assessable.
You will also validate, test, and refine tasks so they accurately measure AI performance rather than accidental ambiguity or incomplete information.
- Author realistic prompts based on revenue operations and sales operations scenarios
- Write scoring rubrics with precise, objective, and verifiable standards for correct answers
- Configure task environments that reflect enterprise business systems and workflows
- Solve each task to validate its soundness and confirm that the rubric is accurate
- Test tasks against AI models and adjust complexity or ambiguity
- Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when provided
- Iteratively calibrate tasks and workflows through testing and refinement
Requirements
This role requires practical experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function within an industrial or enterprise setting. You should be comfortable interpreting operational and commercial data across multiple business systems.
The listed experience level is entry level, but the role does require hands-on knowledge of the workflows and concepts below.
- Revenue operations or sales operations experience in an industrial or enterprise environment
- Practical familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce

- Ability to define precise, objective, and verifiable scoring criteria
