The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to design and calibrate realistic AI training tasks based on enterprise revenue workflows. You will reconcile account data across CRM systems, orders, email, and chat to reach defensible answers.

The role focuses on creating challenging but objectively gradable tasks. You will use practical RevOps or SalesOps experience to help AI systems reason through bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment status, and recognized revenue.

What You'll Do

You will create realistic, multi-system scenarios and validate each task by solving it yourself. You will also test tasks against AI models and refine the difficulty, ambiguity, prompts, and grading criteria through repeated review.

Some assignments may involve reviewing and correcting AI-drafted task prompts or rubrics. Careful calibration is essential so that each task remains demanding while still producing an objectively verifiable result.

• Author prompts grounded in bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment pipelines, and recognized revenue.
• Write precise scoring rubrics with clear, verifiable correctness criteria.
• Configure realistic task environments using business data and communication contexts.
• Solve authored tasks to validate their logic, completeness, and soundness.
• Test tasks against AI models and refine prompts, complexity, ambiguity, and rubrics.
• Review and correct AI-generated prompts or grading rubrics when needed.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function at an industrial or enterprise company is required. You should be comfortable interpreting account and bookings data in CRM-based workflows and reasoning across business communication tools and dashboards.

Strong written English, careful attention to detail, and an iterative approach to testing and refinement are important. Experience training or evaluating AI tools in a sales or revenue context, as well as experience with complex enterprise B2B deal structures, is helpful.

• Hands-on revenue or sales operations experience with CRM-based account and bookings workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition in enterprise environments.
• Ability to create objective grading criteria and calibrate AI tasks through testing and refinement.
• Comfort working with email, chat, and business dashboards.
• Strong written English communication and close attention to detail.
