The work

You will build backend applications in Python that recreate realistic enterprise tools and workflows. These environments let AI agents use tools, work with data, and complete multi-step tasks.

You will also create and test the training and evaluation work used to measure agent performance. This includes using AI coding tools during development, testing, debugging, and quality checks.

  • Build Python backends that replicate tools such as Slack, Linear, Jira, Notion, Gmail, wikis, and similar enterprise applications.
  • Create realistic digital work environments where AI agents can interact with tools, data, and workflows.
  • Write multi-step agent tasks and clear evaluation rubrics.
  • Test tasks from start to finish, find unclear instructions and edge cases, reproduce failures, and debug them.
  • Give other engineers practical feedback that helps improve the work.
