The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Presentation Design AI Training Expert to support AI training focused on presentation design evaluation. You will work with presentation decks, brand assets, and structured content inputs to help AI systems learn from expert visual judgment, careful review, and clear feedback.

Prior AI training experience is not required. Advanced presentation-design expertise is the key qualification for this role.

What You'll Do

You will translate professional presentation-design judgment into structured tasks, polished examples, and consistent evaluation criteria. Your work will help improve presentation tasks, templates, and systems used to assess AI-generated visual outputs.

• Design expert-level presentation tasks
• Create polished example decks using reference decks, brand assets, and structured content
• Define criteria for refined, on-brand presentation design
• Develop visual rubrics for evaluating model outputs
• Identify failure modes such as misaligned grids, inconsistent hierarchy, and off-brand elements
• Communicate visual standards clearly in written and verbal form
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve presentation tasks, templates, and evaluation systems

Required Skills And Experience

This role is listed at the entry level for AI training, but it requires advanced presentation-design judgment. Relevant experience may come from agency work, corporate communications, brand work, or independent deck design.

• Advanced judgment across typography, layout, color, iconography, grid systems, and visual template systems
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to infer and replicate styles from reference decks
• Strong portfolio of polished board, pitch, sales, or brand-system presentations
• Careful attention to detail
• Ability to apply evaluation criteria consistently
• Clear written and verbal communication of visual standards

Compensation And Contract Details

The listed compensation range is $20–$60 per hour in USD. Compensation is output-based and tied to completed tasks that meet project specifications; task requirements and final compensation details are confirmed for each project.
