You will help improve AI systems that answer postal-service questions. You will judge whether customer questions are realistic and whether AI answers are accurate, complete, useful, and up to date.
The work is done remotely and includes creating practical standards, reviewing AI-generated answers, and writing clear feedback asynchronously.
- Review sample postal questions and identify requests that do not reflect how real customers ask for help.
- Create rubrics for correct answers about mail classes, shipping options, postage, fees, and shipping labels.
- Set evaluation standards for tracking, missing or damaged mail, change of address, forwarding, international mailing, and customs forms.
- Evaluate AI answers against those standards and identify errors, missing information, or outdated guidance.
- Provide clear written feedback.

About AI Training Work
