You will help improve AI-generated answers to national park visitor questions. Your park operations knowledge will guide reviews of questions and answers about passes, fees, permits, reservations, regulations, safety, and trip planning.
The work is remote and asynchronous. You will provide clear written feedback to the team.
- Review sample questions and flag those that do not sound like real visitor questions.
- Write rubrics that define correct and complete answers about passes, entrance fees, permits, and reservations.
- Include park regulations, visitor safety, and trip planning in the rubrics.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers against the rubrics.
- Flag errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
- Share clear written feedback asynchronously.
