Requirements
Applicants should bring substantial hands-on experience in patient financial counseling, financial clearance, or self-pay revenue cycle management. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required, along with careful attention to detail when evaluating financial documentation and AI-generated content.
5+ years of experience in patient financial counseling, financial clearance, or self-pay revenue cycle management
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of charity care, financial assistance eligibility, Medicaid screening, and self-pay collections
Familiarity with 501(r) requirements and hospital financial assistance policy compliance
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail when reviewing financial documentation and AI-generated content
