About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Mexican Spanish Voice Actor for TTS and Voice Cloning to create expressive voice recordings for text-to-speech training and evaluation. You will record conversational, narrative, and instructional scripts for a CX AI voice-agent application while following detailed technical and delivery guidelines.

What you will do
Record high-quality Mexican Spanish voice samples across conversational, narrative, and instructional scripts. Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with consistent accent, pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal style. Follow guidelines for the recording environment, microphone setup, and file formatting. Provide multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and delivery style when required.

Required skills
Native Mexican Spanish fluency and current residence in Mexico are required. You should have a clear and expressive voice, strong diction, intonation, and emotional range, along with access to a professional or near-professional microphone and a quiet recording environment. You must be able to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery and remain consistent across recording sessions. Comfort with recorded voice being used for cloning in the specified CX AI voice-agent application is required. Experience with voice acting, narration, broadcast, TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is helpful but not required.

Schedule and pay
This is a remote contractor role with a part-time schedule of approximately 5-10 hours per week. Compensation is $50‑$100 per hour.
