The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting native or fluent Mexican Spanish speakers to test conversational AI agents through phone calls. You will participate in live interactions, follow basic prompts and scenarios, and evaluate the agent's conversational abilities and user experience.

This is an immediate, short-term contractor project expected to last 1 to 2 weeks. The role is fully remote, pays $10 per hour, and requires a daily commitment of 1 to 3 hours. The listed time requirement is 20 or more hours per week.

What You'll Do

You will interact with the AI agent by phone and assess how well it responds in realistic conversational situations. Your observations and feedback will help identify opportunities to improve the agent's responses and overall interaction quality.

• Make outbound and inbound calls to test the AI agent's responses and behavior
• Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided for each test
• Evaluate conversation flow and the user experience
• Engage in live interaction testing of the agent's conversational abilities
• Identify areas where the AI's responses could be improved
• Provide honest, useful feedback after your interactions

Requirements

This is an entry-level opportunity and does not require specialized subject-matter knowledge. You should be comfortable speaking Mexican Spanish, making clear phone calls, testing conversational AI, and sharing direct feedback about what you experience.
