The Role
As a Medical / Healthcare AI Trainer you will review healthcare-related data, clinical documentation, and care workflow materials for accuracy and consistency. You will use your real-world clinical knowledge to identify gaps, clarify ambiguous information, and produce structured summaries that improve healthcare-related processes.
This is contract, part-time work for people who can apply medical operations or patient care experience to careful document review and evaluation tasks.

Review healthcare data, clinical records, and workflow materials for accuracy and consistency

Requirements
You must bring healthcare domain experience and strong documentation skills. Prior AI or annotation experience is not required.
Background in healthcare, medical operations, clinical support, or patient care
Comfort interpreting medical terminology and patient care scenarios
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and documentation practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, structured summaries
Clear communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
English language fluency required
