The role
OpenTrain is recruiting medical contributors to submit original, expert-authored medical documents for an AI training project focused on high-quality clinical materials.
You will provide documents you personally authored — case reports, clinical notes, research manuscripts, internal training guides, and multimodal materials (tables, charts, figures). All submissions must be professionally de-identified and accompanied by brief context when helpful.
Contractor, part-time role (20+ hours/week preferred)
Compensation: hourly pay ranging from $20 to $40 USD per hour
This is a data-collection project: you will upload original documents from your professional portfolio and provide short contextual notes where needed. Accuracy, clarity, and careful de-identification are essential.
Submit original medical documents you personally authored (PDF or Word)
Include materials such as case reports, clinical documentation, manuscripts, training guides
Share multimodal content: text, tables, charts, diagrams, and figures
De-identify sensitive or personal information using professional judgment

Requirements

Advanced training or credentials in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a closely related discipline
Experience authoring or compiling medical documentation, case reports, or technical reports
Solid understanding of patient confidentiality, ethical documentation practices, and data de-identification
Ability to communicate complex medical information clearly in writing and verbally
English-language portfolio materials available for submission in PDF or Word format
Availability for roughly 20+ hours per week (part-time contractor)
