You will review AI-generated clinical answers and help create expert medical content. Your feedback will focus on accuracy, safety, clear reasoning, and whether each response follows the prompt.

The work covers diagnosis, triage, risk assessment, test interpretation, treatment planning, and patient safety. You will also create prompts and high-quality reference answers in areas related to your specialty.

• Review clinical answers for accuracy, clarity, safety, and prompt adherence.
• Find problems in differential diagnosis, triage, risk stratification, and escalation decisions.
• Fact-check medical information and write clear explanations and model answers.
• Compare several responses and rate their correctness and reasoning quality.
• Create prompts and gold-standard answers across topics related to your specialty.
• Test AI outputs for unsafe advice, bias, and inconsistencies.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role for an experienced medical specialist. You must be based in one of the listed countries and have advanced clinical judgment in diagnosis, triage, and treatment planning.

• Pay: $150 USD per hour.
• Time requirement: 20+ hours per week.
• Work type: Contractor and part-time.
• Location: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam.
• Language: English at a minimum C1 level.
• Education: MD or DO with completed specialty training.
• Credential: Board eligibility or board certification.
• Experience: At least five years of clinical experience after specialty training.
• Preferred background: AI data training, guideline work, utilization review, clinical documentation review, or healthcare editorial quality assurance.
• Strengths needed: Careful attention to detail and strong focus on clinical accuracy and patient safety.
