You will evaluate AI-generated medical responses and produce high-quality healthcare content that reflects rigorous clinical reasoning and patient safety. This contractor, part-time position focuses on clinical and public-health medical reasoning across text-based tasks.

What you'll do
Day-to-day work involves reading AI outputs, judging clinical correctness, and writing clear, evidence-aligned responses or corrections. You will flag unsafe or inaccurate content and supply concise, actionable feedback to improve models.
Evaluate medical reasoning, differential diagnosis, and risk assessment in model responses.
Rank or rate responses for clinical correctness and safety (evaluation rating tasks).
Write model clinical solutions and high-quality healthcare content (text generation).
Provide written feedback, fact-check claims, and identify contraindications or unsafe assumptions.
Assess logic, internal consistency, and the appropriateness of recommendations for the described setting.
Requirements
You must meet the stated educational and clinical experience requirements and be comfortable working in English at C1 level or higher.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health.
5+ years of professional experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or public health.
Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis and risk assessment.
Strong knowledge of disease processes, patient care concepts, healthcare systems, and medical terminology.
Experience reviewing, fact-checking, or validating medical content for accuracy and safety.
Ability to identify contraindications, unsafe assumptions, and incorrect interpretation of symptoms, tests, or care plans.
Comfortable evaluating logic, internal consistency, setting appropriateness, and patient safety in written responses.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Preferred experience

Prior experience in AI training, annotation, or labeling projects.
Clinical documentation review, utilization review, or healthcare editorial QA experience.
