The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Lithuanian Quality Assurance Lead to review AI-generated Lithuanian content and trainer or QA submissions across Lithuanian AI training projects. You will assess quality against project guidelines, style guides, and rubrics, then provide clear written feedback that improves accuracy and consistency.

The role also involves identifying recurring issues, maintaining project documentation, supporting contributor onboarding, and communicating evolving guidelines across remote teams. This is an intermediate-level opportunity for someone with strong Lithuanian language judgment and experience in quality-focused language or AI work.

• Evaluate Lithuanian AI-generated content and contributor submissions
• Review accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Assess meaning preservation, instruction-following, formatting, and rubric adherence
• Support consistent quality across Lithuanian-language projects

What You’ll Do

You will combine detailed Lithuanian language review with practical quality assurance and team support. Your feedback should be precise, actionable, and easy for contributors and project teams to apply.

• Review trainer and QA work for quality and consistency
• Evaluate content against detailed project guidelines, style guides, and rubrics
• Write precise feedback on grammar, spelling, tone, meaning, and cultural fit
• Identify and track recurring issues
• Help improve workflow quality and consistency
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, and onboarding materials
• Support onboarding and training for contributors
• Communicate updates clearly across remote teams

Requirements

Applicants should have native or near-native Lithuanian proficiency and strong English communication skills. You should be comfortable making detailed language judgments, applying evaluation criteria consistently, and documenting findings clearly.

Experience may come from Lithuanian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, or AI training workflows. The work requires careful attention to Lithuanian grammar, spelling, punctuation, case endings, diacritics, tone, and register.

• Native or near-native Lithuanian reading and writing ability
• Strong Lithuanian grammar and writing judgment
• Strong English communication for guidelines, feedback, and coordination
• Experience reviewing translation, localization, QA, or AI training work
• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics
• Ability to identify translation and localization issues
• Detail-oriented organization and documentation skills
• Comfort working in fast-moving remote environments
• Familiarity with Discord, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
