The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Korean Small Business AI Response Evaluator for a 10-week, project-based freelance engagement. You will review conversations from multiple AI systems and judge how effectively they address realistic small business scenarios.
The project includes a defined number of evaluation tasks. Each task involves comparing chatbot conversations and completing a final assessment.

What You'll Do
You will create realistic business prompts based on defined user goals, interact with multiple AI chatbots, and evaluate their responses. Conversations may include up to five turns and may involve business documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other workflow inputs.
Your assessments will cover practical scenarios such as daily operations, customer interactions, market research, marketing content, analysis, and financial planning.
Create realistic prompts for small business use cases
Interact with multiple AI chatbots in conversations of up to five turns
Compare responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and practical relevance
Review generated content in business documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and related inputs
Practical experience as a business owner or strong knowledge of small business operations is required. You should be able to apply evaluation guidelines consistently, document comparative decisions, and use practical judgment when reviewing AI-generated responses.
The role also requires access to business-related documents in Korean and comfort interacting with AI tools.
