Japanese-Speaking Small Business AI Response Evaluator

You will assess how several AI chatbots respond to realistic small-business situations. Your work will combine practical business judgment with structured reviews of clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and overall response quality.

You will create prompts based on defined business goals, hold chatbot conversations of up to five turns, compare the responses, and submit your evaluations. You may use spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other files when reviewing the responses.

• Create realistic prompts about day-to-day operations, customer interactions, marketing, market research, financial planning, and other small-business needs.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots in conversations of up to five turns.
• Compare chatbot responses and provide structured feedback.
• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results.
• Review AI-generated responses using relevant business documents and other input files.

What it pays and takes

This is a project-based freelance engagement with a defined number of evaluation tasks. The listing does not provide a pay rate.

The role is marked entry level, but you need practical small-business knowledge or experience as a business owner. You must also be able to work with Japanese business documents and follow evaluation guidelines consistently.
