The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Japanese-English Audio Recording Contributor to support machine learning data creation. You will record Japanese sentences and controlled background sounds from either a stationary vehicle or a quiet office environment.
This is a worldwide, remote contractor opportunity with part-time engagement and a time requirement of 20 or more hours per week. The pay range is $30-$65 USD per hour.

What You’ll Do
You will create consistent, high-quality audio recordings by following detailed linguistic and technical specifications. The work requires careful attention to pronunciation, background noise, audio quality, and data accuracy.
Vehicle-related recordings must be completed with the vehicle stationary and handled safely. You will also coordinate remotely regarding deliverables, clarifications, and project updates.
Read Japanese sentences clearly and naturally.
Record from a stationary car or quiet office environment.
Create requested sounds such as seatbelt clicks, door openings, and car indicator signals.
Follow precise linguistic and technical recording instructions.
Submit clear audio recordings and any required written feedback.
