The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting an Italian Business Email AI Response Evaluator to assess how well AI-generated responses serve professional users. You will use business email history from a primary professional email account as context when judging response quality.

This role combines native-level Italian proficiency, careful analysis, and practical judgment about professional communication. You will work with confidential business communications and must follow project guidelines consistently.

• Review AI-generated responses in the context of professional email history.
• Assess relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and personalization.
• Compare multiple responses and identify which provides the stronger user experience.

Your evaluations will help identify whether an AI response appropriately understands and serves a professional user's needs. Clear, detailed feedback is an important part of improving AI behavior.

Requirements

This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates with strong Italian language skills and sound analytical judgment. Prior AI evaluation or annotation experience is helpful but not required.

• Native-level Italian proficiency and the ability to understand professional Italian email content.
• An active professional email account used regularly for business communication.
• A well-established inbox containing approximately 1,000 or more emails.
• Most inbox content must be in Italian.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently using a desktop or laptop with reliable internet access.
• Candidates must reside outside the United States.

Helpful Background

Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or another analytical role can help you succeed, but it is not required. Familiarity with professional email workflows and business confidentiality is also useful when evaluating personalized interactions.

Engagement Details
