The role

We are hiring Italy-based QA Annotators to review Italian-language data and AI outputs for quality, correctness, and alignment with project guidelines. This is project-based contract work with flexible hours (typically less than 20 hours per week).

What you'll do

You will audit completed labels and AI-generated text, apply evaluation rubrics, and record scores and reviewer notes. Tasks are text-focused and include classification, tagging, and corrective edits.

• Review and score Italian language AI outputs for quality and guideline alignment
• Audit and correct completed labels and flag errors
• Classify text, tag entities, and annotate sentiment
• Write concise, constructive reviewer notes in Italian
• Suggest improvements to guidelines and workflows when you spot recurring issues
• Work with potentially sensitive or safety-related content following project rules

Requirements

• Current residence in Italy (required)
• Native or C1 proficiency in Italian (required)
• English proficiency of B2 or higher (required)
• Minimum 1 year experience in data annotation, labeling, model evaluation, or QA
• Ability to follow detailed written guidelines and apply consistent rubrics
• Clear, constructive written feedback skills in Italian
• Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or safety-related content
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection for web-based tools
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (not required)
